[eng/ita] La bruschetta La-cuc10

INGREDIENTS:
-Slices of bread
-tomatoes
-leaves of basil
-vinegar
-olive oil (better if it's extravirgin)
-origan
-salt
-clove of garlic (not necessary)


PROCEDURE
-Toast the sliced bread till both the sides became of a light golden colour.
-Wash the tomatoes and cut them into little cubes. Put the cubes in a bowl, add the leaves of basil and season with vinegar, olive oil (better if it's extravirgin), origan and salt. If you like a stronger taste, cut in little pieces a clove of garlic and add it into the mixture.
-mix it all and put on the hot bread some cubes of tomatoes.



[INGREDIENTI:
-fette di pane
-pomodori
-foglie di basilico
-aceto
-olio d'oliva (meglio se extravergine)
-origano
-sale
-aglio (non necessario)

PROCEDIMENTO
-Tostate le fette di pane finchè entrambi i lati diventano di un colore dorato.
-Lavate i pomodori e tagliateli a cubetti. Mettete i cubetti in una ciotola aggiungete le foglie di basilico e condite con aceto, olio d'oliva (meglio se extravergine), origano e sale. Se vi piaciono i sapori forti, tagliate a pezzettini uno spicchio d'aglio e aggiungetelo al composto.
-Mischiate il tutto e versate sul pane caldo alcuni cubetti di pomodori.]
